Return & Refund Policy – Bloom Cares

At Bloom Cares, we value hygiene, transparency, and fair business practices. Our return policy is structured as follows:


1. For End Consumers (Users who buy for personal use):

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of sanitary pads once sold.


This applies to both opened and sealed packets.

Products purchased for personal use are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any condition unless found to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery.


Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photographic or video proof.


2. For Bloomy Saathi, Franchisees, and Retail Partners:

Products purchased for resale or business use may be returned under the following conditions:


The product is not expired.


The product is in saleable condition (packaging intact and unused).


The partner’s business is no longer operational or active.


In such cases, the return must be initiated within the validity period of the product.


Refunds will be processed after the returned goods are inspected and approved by our team.


3. Refund Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
