Mr. Mukesh Saini is the founder and driving force behind Bloom Cares. A well-known motivational speaker, business coach, and social entrepreneur, he envisioned a brand that goes beyond products to create a real social impact. He designed the entire business model of Bloom Cares with one mission: to uplift women by giving them access to safe hygiene solutions and to create employment opportunities across India. His leadership is rooted in purpose, passion, and people-centric progress.

Dr. Bhagwati Saini

Co-Founder & Ayurvedic Physiotherapist

Dr. Bhagwati Saini, the co-founder of Bloom Cares, is an experienced Ayurvedic physiotherapist with over a decade of expertise in women’s health and wellness. She was the mind behind the concept of the sanitary napkin product, combining the wisdom of Ayurveda with modern hygiene standards. Her understanding of women’s biological and psychological needs led to the development of a product that is not only safe but also supports natural well-being.

Ms. Nandini Saini

Hygiene & Community Health Trainer

Ms. Nandini Saini is a certified nursing professional and a key member of the Bloom Cares mission. She actively conducts online and offline training sessions for women on menstrual hygiene, self-care, and basic health treatments. Her role involves grassroots outreach — spreading knowledge in rural and urban areas alike, and ensuring women are equipped with the education they need to lead healthier lives.
